Pitch Rental

The Broomfield All-Weather Training Facility has officially been launched by Malahide Fingal Hockey Club, in partnership with Fingal County Council, and is available to rent by both clubs and individuals. Located beside Malahide Bridge Club and adjacent to Malahide Community School, the new pitch is a state-of-the-art sand-based astroturf all-weather facility and is a fantastic new asset for the greater community. It is hoped that this recent redevelopment of the facility will boost and enhance sporting activities within the area.

The new all-weather facility is truly versatile in terms of rental possibilities. It is fitted with recently upgraded floodlights which enable usage during both day and night and it only available to be rented as a full-length pitch. It is available for once-off occasions, such as children’s birthday parties, or on a continuous basis such as a training home ground for sports such as hockey, soccer or Gaelic football.

Malahide Fingal Hockey Club will be managing the facility on behalf of the Fingal County Council and are currently welcoming bookings. Any interested parties can direct cost and availability enquiries to the Pitch Rental Secretary who can be contacted via:
